Ariane Steinbeck

Ariane Steinbeck is the Managing Director
and fully involved in all the practice’s activities,
working closely with the different design teams
on ongoing projects and new proposals. Prior
to joining RPW Design, Ariane was one of the
founding partners of a US-based hospitality
design practice. Ariane spent nearly a decade
working and living in Hong Kong, where she
established the firm’s Asia-Pacific Headquarters
and worked on projects in SE Asia and the
Middle East. She is an active contributor in the
hospitality & interior design industry, serving as
a frequent speaker and judge at hotel industry
events and awards. She is a commentator
on changing trends and guest expectations
in numerous notable trade publications and
documentaries. Aside from English, Ariane is
fluent in the German and Spanish languages..

Elizabeth Lane

Our highly accomplished Partner Elizabeth Lane has been vital in the maintenance of RPW Design’s reputation; an Interior Design studio where beautiful interiors and operational functionality work in complete harmony. Elizabeth guides the teams throughout the design process to deliver first class outcomes suiting diverse projects goals. From luxury city hotels, to countryside golfing venues and exclusive private clubs, Elizabeth has an extensive
understanding of hospitality operations, having
worked for many years as a design manager for
a major international brand.

Jan Wilson

Jan Wilson is renowned in the world of
international design. As the founder of RPW
Design she has been pivotal to the company’s
development. She is widely recognised as an
innovative designer with a unique understanding
of the operational and commercial issues
fundamental to client satisfaction and the
successful outcome of any design project. She
was honoured with a lifetimes achievement
award by the BCFA in 2016.

Heather McLellan 

Our Associate, Heather McLellan joined RPW
Design in 2010 quickly growing into a vital
member of the team. Heather has designed and
managed projects across different hospitality
sectors and brands such as the recent
renovation of the two P&O Cruiseships, Arcadia
and Oceana, the Fairmont St Andrews, the
Grade II* listed private Club Les Ambassadeurs
in Mayfair, as well as the vast renovation of
the Grade II* listed Marriott County Hall. With
her extensive experience within hospitality
Interior Design, Heather has developed an all
emcompasing understanding of the specific
needs each sectors and clients have.
