Jan Wilson

Jan Wilson is renowned in the world of international design. As the founder and owner of RPW Design she has been pivotal to the company’s development. She is widely recognised as an innovative designer with
a unique understanding of the operational and commercial issues fundamental to client satisfaction and the successful outcome of any design project. She continues to be ‘hands on’ in all aspects of RPW design and management. RPW Design has worked with some of the world’s leading 5-star brands and operators, including Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental, JW Marriott, Kempinski, Fairmont Raffles, Ritz Carlton, Okura, Waldorf Astoria, and InterContinental Hotels Group.

Ariane Steinbeck

Ariane Steinbeck is the Managing Director and is fully involved in all the practice’s activities, working closely with the different design teams on ongoing projects and new proposals. Prior to joining RPW Design, Ariane was one of the founding partners of  a U.S -based interiors practice, and spent the last 8 years working and living in Hong Kong, where she established the firm’s Asia-Pacific Headquarters and opened their Manila office. She is an active contributor in the hospitality & interior design industry. Serving as a frequent speaker and judge at hotel industry events and awards, as well as commentator on changing trends and guest expectations in numerous notable trade publications and documentaries. Aside from English, Ariane is fluent in the German and Spanish languages.

Elizabeth Lane

Elizabeth Lane is our highly accomplished Director of Projects and has been vital in the maintenance of RPW Design’s reputation as an Interior Design studio in which beautiful interiors and operational functionality work in
complete harmony. Working closely with all the design teams, Elizabeth guides the teams throughout the design process so to deliver first class outcomes suiting the diverse projects. From luxury city hotels, to countryside golfing resorts and exclusive private clubs, Elizabeth has an extensive understanding of operational
requirements as a result of her career in hospitality operations.
